Learn how to mix gas and two stroke oil for your two stroke engine for your Husqvarna blower.

Be sure to mix accurately. Never refuel while the blower is running or hot. Make sure your fueling are has plenty of ventilation. Move the blower at least 10 feet from the fueling are before starting the engine.

Use 89 octane unleaded gasoline for your fuel. For best results, use Husqvarna 2 stroke engine oil that is FD certified. All Husqvarna use a 50-1 mix; 2.6 ounces of oil are used to 1 gallon of gas.

Never mix the gasoline and oil in the fuel tank of the unit; instead use a clean container intended for fuel.

Start by filling half the amount of the gasoline you are about to use. Then add the entire amount of two stroke oil. Shake the fuel mixture for 10-15 seconds, add the remaining amount of gasoline and reshake for 10-15 seconds more.

Remove the fuel cap, add fuel to 80% capacity, and refasten the fuel cap securely. Do not mix more than one month's worth of fuel at a time.
