1 kg Mutton (marinated)
3 cups Rice
Parsley, Garlic, Ginger, Green Chilies, Green Capsicum, Spring Onions (ground)
Oil for cooking
1 Red Capsicum (sliced)
2 Tomatoes (chopped)
1 Onion (chopped)
1 tbsp Curry powder
1 tsp Seasoning powder
Vegetables: Brinjal, Green Beans, Carrots, Cabbage
Instructions:
Marinate the Mutton: Blend parsley, garlic, ginger, green chilies, green capsicum, and spring onions into a paste. Marinate the mutton in half this mixture and set aside.
