Railroading is a common technique you can do when stitching with two strands of floss to ensure that the strands lie parallel to eachother and don't twist, which results in smoother, even stitches. The only downside is it takes a little longer, which I don't have time for. So this video shows how I achieve the same effect just by keeping an eye on my thread and rolling the needle slightly as I stitch.
