In this HO Scale Model Railroad Update, I’ll be focusing on drawing out the parallel parking along 37th Street, where it transitions into a one-way road. I’ll also be developing the industrial area behind the buildings and discussing plans for the slumlord building, apartments, and the old TV repair shop. You'll see how I incorporate parking spaces, fire lanes, and hydrants into the design, as well as the layout of a future industrial park. Additionally, I'll be hand-building custom track and Proto 87 turnouts, while explaining the construction process.
