This is the ultimate summer treat 🌽✨! Corn on the cob oven roasted in a coconut milk butter 🥥🥛🧈!! I normally always boil my corn in coconut milk but this time I wanted to make a creamy sweet, savory and spicy mixture and use it to roast my corn AND IT WAS SOOOO GOOD 😊 🔥

The seasonings I used about 1 Tsp of each
🌽 Chicken Bouillon
🌽 Onion + Garlic Powder
🌽 Ginger
🌽 Black Pepper
🌽 Paprika
🌽 Honey
🌽 Dry Scotch bonnet pepper (optional)
🌽 Italian Seasoning
🌽 Thyme
🌽 Culantro (or you can substitute that with cilantro)
🌽 Diced Onions and Garlic
