2017 Lamborghini Huracan LP 580-2 Spyder Test Drive Video Review

In 2013 Lamborghini retired their best-selling model: the Gallardo. The new entry level model: the Huracan, is a worthy successor. Each year, Lamborghini has been releasing new trims starting with the AWD coupe 610-4, then the Spyder edition, now we have the 580-2 which is an exclusive RWD model. Base price starts at $199,800.

Under the hood is a 5.2 liter V-10 engine that makes 580 horsepower and 398 lb-ft. of torque. Power is channeled to the rear wheels through a 7-speed Dual-Clutch Transmission. 0-60 MPH times are 3.6 seconds with a top speed of 198 MPH. The interior was designed to feel like a fighter jet cockpit. The 12.3 inch digital display is crystal clear and can be customized to fit the driver’s needs.

The Huracan Spyder is fun and about the driving drama which puts it above the Ferrari 488 and McLaren 650S.
