5 Incredible Beauty Secrets All Indian Women Know

As you all know, I believe in a holistic approach to overall wellbeing and beauty is definitely a big part of it.
Being an Indian, I know that beauty ritual are built upon thousands of years of history and tradition and have been passed down from generation to generation. As a little girl, I was shown simplicity and routine when it comes to beauty by my mother, who learned things from her mother.

Growing up I got my beauty ingredients from the kitchen cabinet. Chemical-free, organic without any nasties. Simple and effective.

So in today's video, I am sharing 5 of them that I use regularly, they are easily available anywhere if you don't have them already, and they all work beautifully together too in any combination.

It's easy to quickly put together a face mask and apply and keep it for 10 minutes and get that glow back, just like I did in this video.

Having said that, please try a few times and see how they are working for YOU, as I always say, we are all different, so what works for me may not work for you. But all these ingredients that I have mentioned in this video have hardly any side effects, so it's worth experimenting with.
