We want to THANK anyone and everyone who has thought about us, prayed for us, cooked for us, shuttled our kids around town, given us money, etc., etc. Thank you to The Healing Chair – Kansas City for helping us after the surgery. Last but not least we want to thank our families; especially our mothers (Pat and Vicki) for everything you do!

This is a long video. If you make it to the end, please forgive my mumbling and bawling. The mental side of dealing with cancer has been exhausting for us and it won’t end anytime soon. We have received a lot of positive news over the treatments and surgery but there are always “what ifs” and sometimes it’s difficult to find the positives.

The sticky notes in the beginning of this video are all over the house! When Cara was diagnosed our dear friend Cheri put them up. Something so simple reminds us every day about what’s important.

The fight continues!
