A couple of years ago I did a video about “How To Have A Deeper Voice, Permanently & Naturally”. I’ve gotten over a million views for it and It’s a very popular topic, which is why I’m doing today’s follow-up video.

And I’ll share that direct link to that original video, at the end of this one.

The truth is, both men and women like a deeper, more manly voice.

However, I did get lots of guys asking if there were foods or exercises that can actually make your voice deeper.

In the original video, I mentioned genetics and hormones - which are the primary factors.

Well, there are no foods that can deepen your voice.

There are specific herbs and supplements that do help because they increase and optimize your male androgen and testosterone levels, which I’ve put direct links to below this video, in the description area.

However, there are exercises that actually do help deepen your voice, which is what I’m going to focus more on today.

Unfortunately, if you do a search online, there are so many articles and videos about this with a lot of misinformation.

Another problem is a lot of them require a ton of work, time and effort. Which, most of us just won’t do - so, what’s the point?!!

Because just like you, I hate wasting time and money.

That’s why today I’m going to give you the fastest, easiest and most effective ways to deepen your voice.
Before Getting Started

However, before getting started, I do need to remind you that there are TWO main things that control how deep your voice is or can get. The potential or limiting factor.

Genetics - we all know genetics plays a big role in everything. Of course, we can’t really change genetics. But you can for sure MAXIMIZE your potential.

Just as you can’t look like a professional bodybuilder or Arnold Schwartnzenegger, no matter how much you work out or take steroids due to genetic limitations.

BUT you can for sure gain a lot more muscle and maximize your muscle building genes… and that’s all we can do and should think about doing.

It’s realistic, doable and more importantly - achievable!

Hormones - the second major factor that contributes and controls your voice are hormones. More specifically, androgens and male hormones and thus, Testosterone.

This is why women who take steroids and male hormones, will typically get a deeper voice.

Even guys who take steroids, some of them will get a deeper voice because they’ve maximized their male hormones artificially.

The great news is that you can also do this naturally and obviously, safely with supplements.

So, genetics and hormones play a big role.

The good news is that you can optimize and maximize your hormones naturally - so, there’s hope.

Strengthen Your Neck Muscles
Years ago I had a few clients who were Olympic wrestlers. I gave the exercises to strengthen their neck muscles. At the end of the year, a bunch of them had deeper voices.

Honestly, I was very surprised. It was a side benefit

However, after doing more research, I found out that the neck muscles, vocal cords, “adam’s apple”, and so forth are all interrelated.

You can do a search for neck exercises on Youtube… You can get a special neck harness or some gyms have specific machines for it, as it does at Gold’s Gym where I workout.

However, you can simply hang off the end of your bed and do “head raises” in all 4 directions.

Diaphragm Breathing
Most people are shallow breathers and thus, they breath from their chest. This is actually bad for your health.

Instead, learn to breathe from your diaphragm and more specifically, your stomach.


Posture
Which brinks up the 3rd exercise and that’s having correct posture.

Hydration
Another simple exercise which most people don’t do is drink enough water.

Slow Down
Personally, I think this the most important thing you can do and get instant results -- and that’s to slow down how you speak.
