The Wahiawā Value Added Product Development Center (WVAPDC) is a project of Leeward Community College and the state of Hawaii, contributing to the growth of Hawaii's agricultural industry and entrepreneurial community. Today we are joined by Chris Bailey, manager of the  Wahiawa Value Added Product Development Center, and Justin Udom of Pop Culture Artisan Pops. Justin is just one of the entrepreneurs of WVAPDC. Find Justin and his ice pops at the upcoming Made in Hawaii Festival.
