These are the original titles for the 1947's Tom and Jerry cartoon "Dr. Jekyll And Mr. Mouse".
This 16mm Agfa-Gevaert print is very lived as you can see and hear, and presents a visual disturbance for the entire cartoon.
As you can see, this print cut out the "In Technicolor" line in the MGM lion's logo, but the interesting thing is that this print has the "A BBC TELEVISION FILM" line at the beginning, so I'm thinking that this could be the original master that BBC aired at the time, probably in the late '60s (https://genome.ch.bbc.co.uk/schedules.... If so, this could mean that at the time BBC used the original versions of the MGM's cartoons for TV masters. It's interesting think that also this original black & white print of "Salt Water Tabby" sold last year on eBay (https://www.ebay.com/itm/16mm-film-to...) could be a BBC's TV master, in fact he looks very similar to my Dr. Jekyll And Mr.Mouse's print.
