Ingredients 🥓 (Makes 9 heart rolls)
● Store-bought pizza dough

Maple Bacon Filling 🍁
● 8 strips Godshall’s Beef Bacon
● 3½ tbsp butter, softened
● ⅓ cup brown sugar
● 2½ tbsp maple syrup
● 1¾ tsp cinnamon

Quick Maple Glaze (Optional)
● ¾ cup powdered sugar
● 1–2 tbsp milk
● 1 tbsp maple syrup

Instructions 🧑‍🍳
● Follow package instructions for thawing and rising your dough.

Prepare the Filling ⏲️
● Cook Godshall’s Beef Bacon over low heat until browned and crisp. Cool, then chop finely.
● In a bowl, mix butter, brown sugar, maple syrup, and cinnamon until smooth and spreadable.

Roll & Shape 🩷
● Roll dough into a 10" x 14" rectangle (about ¼" thick).
● Spread filling evenly over dough.
● Sprinkle chopped beef bacon over the filling.
● Roll one long edge to the center. Roll the opposite edge to meet it (forming a double roll).
● Place seam-side down on a parchment-lined baking sheet and chill 30 minutes.
● Slice into 9 equal pieces (about 1¼" thick).
● Pinch the bottom of each piece to form a heart shape.
● Place in a greased 9" round cake pan. Cover lightly while the oven preheats.

Bake 🔥
● Preheat oven to 375°F (175°C)
● Bake 20–25 minutes, until golden and puffy.

Glaze (Optional) ✨
● Mix powdered sugar, maple syrup, and milk.
● Brush over warm rolls before serving.
