This is my own build. I did look at other builds to see what they used, but I took a totally different spin on it.

I didn't go Armor Pen for my artifacts because I wanted AOE resist, which cannot be gotten from enchantments. Armor Pen can be built up via enchantments and multiplied if I have bonding runestones on a non-augment companion. Vicious Enchantments are necessary for this build, as they give both Armor Pen and Power. Armor Pen and Power are important for this build because it allows me to get way more temporary HP from the damage I deal to enemies. In basic terms, More Damage Dealt with Templar's Wrath= More Temp HP. Vicious Enchantments can only be found in events, so farm that Portbello's Campaign for them if you need them or try the Auction House.

Where to get my companions:
Owlbear Cub - New Life Lockbox or Glorious Resurgence in Epic or Legendary Packs or randomly in chests. I bought mine from the Auction House for about 1 million Astral Diamonds.
Energon - Dread Legion skirmish or randomly in chests. I traded for mine. I would check the prices on the Auction House if you can't get the drop.
Dread Warrior - Zen Market. He's a bit pricey, so expect that
Con Artist - Costs 5 gold from the companion emporium or you can buy a slightly upgraded one from the Auction House. I bought mine for gold and upgraded.
Lion - Firemane Lockbox or Auction House. I bought mine. I do not recommend this companion for higher end content where you need to tank. You may want to look into another companion to increase your control power, HP, or power or something to debuff from the active bonus.

I mentioned Moonbeam, it's actually Moonbow. The actual companion I was referring to is Priestess of Sehanine Moonbow. She reduces enemy crit strike and increases everyone else's crit, but she must be your summoned companion instead of something like the Con Artist.

I can get through most content without an issue. I have not really done any of the Cloaked Ascendacy, so I have not tested this in Master Spellplague Caverns. In Master Svardborg (MSVA), I do die, but it takes a one-shot to do so and he frequently uses it when lower on HP. The amount of damage I take from it is over 400,000 after being reduced. Even with maximum Radiant Enchantments in Defense slots on me, 2,800*7=19,600, my HP would only be 174,413 and multiplied by 2 for Templar's Wrath, my HP would be 348,826. My HP would still not be enough to take the hit and live. For this reason, I highly suggest Soulforged when going in, and maybe scrolls to bring you back. This is also why I do not suggest getting the Relic Weapons like I did. Even prior to the Annoited Army being nerfed, it took a couple of hours to even get a party together to run MSVA, and if we had a party wipe, many would not even attempt another time. Imagine building a party for 2+ hours and failing on the first run and disbanding. This is why getting the marks for the Relic Weapons is highly not reccommended. Greater Marks of Potency are way easier to obtain and can be bought for AD through the Auction House or Wondrous Bazaar.

As you may have noticed, not all of my enchantments are upgraded to 12. I just don't have the resources for all of the Superior Marks of Potency, as each Rank 12 takes 4 and each Rank 11 takes 2. The going price on Superior Marks of Potency is at least 75,000 AD. I would need 116 Superior Marks of Potency. I would need at least 8,700,000 AD to buy enough to get all my enchantments up to Rank 12.
