Dual heads automatic auger filler is a high-end auger filler developed by Vtops Machinery. This machine equipped with two auger-fillers for different functions: high-speed filling, or high-precision filling, or filling-by-vibration, or filling-by-weighing. It is ideal for high-end customers with special needs.

High-precision Filling: Fill-by-Weight (1st filling head) + Fill-by-Weight (2st filling head)
Filling-by-Vibration: Fill-by-Vibration (1st filling head) + Fill-by-Vibration (2st filling head)
Filling-by-Weighing: Filling (1st filling head) + Fill-Weighing (2st filling head)

Features:
1. The machine designed in accordance with GMP standards, comply with national food hygiene requirements.
2. LCD touch screen with Chinese and English double languages.
Filling weight is adjustable at any time. Working status is changeable at any time.
3. Filling process adopts servo motor: big torque, high precision, high speed. Motor speed is adjustable, and good stability and other advantages.
4. Stirring part uses Taiwan brand maintenance-free speed-reducer: With low noise, long life, lifelong maintenance-free characteristics.
5. Totally closed and dustproof structure, the columns are food grade 304 stainless steel, the doors are transparent plexiglass with 1 cm thick. The operators are visible the status of materials from transparent plexiglass.
6. The filling outlet opening equipped with a dust sucking device, to protect workshop environment.
7. Easy clean hopper is easy to clean the hopper and replace auger part for different filling weight.
