The Zenhaven mattress is a latex mattress. It is also a flippable mattress, so it has two firmness options.

The firm side feels very supportive when I am on my back and stomach, but much too firm when I am side sleeping. The soft side is also supportive when I am on my back, but it is too soft when I am stomach sleeping. It is also too firm when I am on my side.

This natural mattress has a bouncy foam feel. It is responsive, so you shouldn't have trouble moving around.
