Hey, Florida businesses! If you need more time to file your business tax forms with the state of florida, you can get up to 6 extra months to file Form F-1120 and/or F-1065 by generating Form F 7004 with ExpressExtension.com.

1. From your dashboard, click on the “State Extension” tab
2. Then click the blue “Start New Business Tax Extension for States”
3. Then click on the Florida tab
4. Then click on the orange “Start Filing Form F-7004”
5. First, enter your name, address, and FEIN.
6. Then add enter your business's taxable year-end, and the type of return you would like an extension for either Form 1065 or 1120S.
7. Next E-sign your form using the click to e-sign link. Then draw or type your signature and agree that this is your electronic signature. Then click apply
8. On the second part of the form, enter the reason you need the extension if applicable on line A.
9. Then in section B, add the type of federal return you are filing. Then add the contact, telephone, and email address.
10. Then enter the Tentative Florida tax amount you owe, then the estimated tax payments you've already made. Your tax amount will auto-calculated.
11. When you are finished with this page, click “Save and next”
12. Next, accept that you need to pay your tax amount by the original deadline
13. Then check the return summary and click review.
14. The system will check your return for errors. If no errors are found, click next
15. Now you will see our service fee price. Click next.
16. Now enter a credit card to pay our service fee and click continue.
17. Now you just need to download and print your form using the blue buttons here.

When you are finished with your form, download it, print it, and then mail it to the Florida Department of Revenue at:
