4. Red Chilli Powder- 2 tbsp
5. Turmeric Powder- 1 tsp
6. Asafoedita (Hing)- 1/2 tsp
7. Fenugreek Seeds (Methi)- 1 tsp
8. Raisins (Kishmiss)- 1/2 Cup
9. Cooking Oil- 2 tbsp
10. Green Cardamoms- 12- 15
11. Cinnamon Sticks- 3
12. Cloves (Laung)- 12- 15
13. Bay Leaves (Tejpatta)- 3
14. Fennel Seeds (Sauf)- 1 tbsp
15. Dried Red Chilli- 4
