As fallen people in a fallen world, no one loves or is loved perfectly. Whenever we need love and don’t receive it, we bear the scars of emotional wounds.

Some people respond to these wounds by procrastinating, and by putting off important tasks and responsibilities. Others become relentless workaholics or seek their identity through other kinds of relationships.

The truth is, we are all wounded.
