Conflict is something most of us try to avoid, but in avoiding issues where we are at odds with other people, especially other believers, allows things that could have been mitigated in love to turn into situations that need to be doused with forgiveness and possibly even intervention. In the short book of Philemon, Paul provides us with a great example on how to seek to solve a possible conflict in love ahead of a confrontation and do all that is possible to bring out a peaceful resolution.
