One of the most surprising things we've found when testing bulbs on this generation of F150 over the years is that not all bulbs fit the low beam! And sometimes when dealing with different trucks, some bulbs fit and some don't. The best bet is to use the CSP Mini from GTR Lighting. Even though it's not the brightest option, it's guaranteed to fit when other bulbs interfere with the housing.
