The LSG batting unit, which failed to chase a 194-run target in the first match, now looks to have found the rhythm. LSG posted a solid total of 199 against PBKS before setting a target of 182 against RCB and won both matches by a comprehensive margin.

Meanwhile, GT have been quite inconsistent in this IPL season. In their four appearances this year, the Shubman Gill-led side has managed to register two wins. In their last game against PBKS at home, GT posted 199 runs on the board, powered by Gill’s unbeaten 89. In the end, Shashank Singh, with his 61-run knock, helped PBKS secure a three-wicket victory in the nailbiting encounter.
