Whip-up this delectable Open Cheese Toast sandwich recipe loaded with the goodness of Austrian cheese triangles whenever hunger strikes. Austrian cheese triangles are especially soft and creamy and produced from the finest ingredients. You can also use Blue cheese from France for this recipe 😉

Ingredients :

Baguette Slice
Melted butte
Austrian Cheese Triangles
1 tbsp Oregano mix herbs
1 tbsp Garlic
1 tsp Butter
1 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
1/2 cup Cherry Tomato
Salt to taste
Pepper to taste
Pesto Sauce
Basil Leaves

Method:
Spread some melted butter on a baguette slice. Bake it at 200 degree celcius for 10 minutes.

In a bowl take Austrian cheese triangle add Oregano mix herbs and finely chopped garlic to it. mIx it well.

In a flat pan take some butter. Add Balsamic vinegar to it. Toast cherry tomatoes in it. Add salt and pepper to taste.

Take baked baguette slice. Spread Seasoned cheese over it. Add some roasted tomatoes. spread some pesto sauce over it and garnish with fresh basil leaves.
