Lebanon PM Hariri leaves Paris for Cairo to meet el-Sissi

(21 Nov 2017) Lebanese Prime Minister Saad Hariri on Tuesday left Paris to travel to Cairo for talks with Egyptian President Abdel-Fattah el-Sissi.
Lebanon was plunged into crisis earlier this month by the surprise resignation of Hariri, a Hezbollah rival.
Hariri recently travelled to France from Saudi Arabia, where he had made the announcement.
Hariri's resignation has not been accepted by the President of Lebanon, so technically he remains Prime Minister.
