Hi, I'm Dr. David Stoker, a board-certified plastic surgeon. I have a long-term follow-up on a rhinoplasty patient. Four years ago, we performed a rhinoplasty and also opened her airways. She's a gorgeous 22-year-old now, but her nose wasn't quite where she wanted it to be. It was a bit bulbous at the tip, and the curvature wasn't right. But now, I would say that it's beautifully healed. There's a beautiful natural shape. It doesn't look fake; it's not scooped out. We see a very nice curvature here. Again, it's not scooped out, but it just kind of fits her face overall, is that right? Yeah. Okay, I love it. This is the kind of procedure that I love to do; it's a finesse operation. There's a whole lot going on in a little area, but it can have very big implications for somebody, even somebody who's really nice looking. A little bit of a tweak, and it becomes spectacular.
