What Is Condo Living Like?

Have you ever lived in a condominium? Have you been interested in moving to one? Maybe you’ve owned a house or two over the years and are now itching for less property responsibility.

A condominium is a large residential building broken up into individual units with separate ownership.

The main differences between owning a house and owning a condo unit have to do with maintenance and decision-making. You own the inside of your condo and can update and change it as you please. Everything outside, however, is shared. Decisions about the outer upkeep and landscaping are made by the group and the condo association.

You can either lay low or get involved and be a voice for the group by joining the board.
