GSX Restoration Begins!

Описание к видео GSX Restoration Begins!

The engine and transmission for this car have been painstakingly documented already, but the chassis needs some love. Lots of it. After sitting still for 11 years, it's time to blow the dust off this thing and see exactly what we've got to work with?

At somewhere around 150k miles on the clock (Okay, I'll check and get the real number in the next video) I'd say I got all of my money's worth from what's here. If you ever wanted to know what it's like to restore an old car with a limited replacement parts market, hit that subscribe button because you're in for a fun ride. I've been collecting parts for this for a decade, some parts more than twice as far back... but the problems we're addressing right now are the areas where I haven't ever touched on this chassis. The stuff I've never taken apart. The rear end. My approach to most of this build will be very different from the Galant, relying more on the aftermarket versus OEM. I explain all of it, and tell more of the story about where it's been and why it took so long to get here.

It's only because of all of you interacting with my content that I get to do any of this. I'd be doing it anyways, just not like this. As long as all of you like it, I'll keep doing it because I enjoy it.
