hope you liked the recipe. this burger is very healthy as it is made of vegetables and wheat bun.
ingredients:
1 carrot
3-4 boiled potatoes
1 bowl cauliflower(boiled jn hot water for 1minute)
handful of beans
salt to taste
2tspn cumin powder
2 green chili
2tbl spn besan
sliced tomatoes
sliced onion
green chili sauce
red chili sauce
wheat burger bun (0% maida)

Recipe:
boil cauliflower
then coarsely grind all vegetables.
in a mixing bowl take all vegetables and add salt, cumin powder, green chili, besan and mash well.
then give it a shape of tikki as per the size of bun.
now roast with desi ghee or rice bran oil in a pan.
assemble all the ingredients into a burger
and enjoy 🍔
