I don't claim to be healthy. I don't tell people to eat like I do. I don't claim to be perfect. I don't tell people what to believe, what to feel, or what to think. I'm not always happy, and yes, I have bad days like everybody else...
What my goal is here, is to share what I learn or wha we could learn together.
That's it. And to express in the different areas of my interest with focus on positivity because despite I am not always with the biggest smile I think I can be overenthousiast and optimistic. I have a strong FAITH.
