- 1/2 CUP PEAS (CAN)
- 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
- 1 TSP SALT
- 2 TBSP CASTOR SUGAR
- 1/2 to 3/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 2 to 3 TBSP TETRAPACK CREAM

SPAGHETTI SALAD:
FOR GREEN MASALA
- 1/4 BUNCH MINT LEAVES
- 1/2 BUNCH CORIANDER
- 4 to 5 JALAPENOS (SLICES)
- 1 TSP GARLIC
- 1 GREEN ONION BLEND THEM TOGETHER!
- 1/2 PACKET SPAGHETTI (BOILED)
- 4 TBSP FRENCH DRESSING
- 1/2 TSP SALT

POTATO CREAM SALAD:
- 2 to 3 POTATOES (PEELED BOILED & CUT INTO CUBES)
- 1/2 CUP MAYONNAISE
- 2 to 3 TBSP TETRAPACK CREAM
- 2 TBSP VINEGAR
- 1 TSP MUSTARD PASTE
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
- 1 TBSP CASTOR SUGAR
- CORIANDER

COLESLAW:
- 2 CUPS CABBAGE (THINLY SLICED)
- 1/2 CUP CARROT (GRATED)
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
- 1 TBSP CASTOR SUGAR
- 2 TBSP TETRAPACK CREAM - 4 to 5 TBSP MAYONNAISE
- 1 to 2 TBSP WHITE VINEGAR

MACARRONI SALAD:
- 2 CUPS MACCARONI (BOILED)
- 1/2 CAPSICCUM (FINELY CHOPPED)
- 1/2 CARROT GRATED
- 3 TBSP KETCHUP
- 1 TBSP CASTOR SUGAR
- 1/2 TSP SALT
- 1/2 TSP BLACK PEPPER POWDER
- 1/2 CUP THOUSAND ISLAND DRESSING
- 1/4 CUP MAYONNAISE
