Released at the turn of the millennium for the PS1, Digimon Digital Card Battle or Digimon World: Digital Card Arena as it's known as in Japan, takes place between Digimon World 1 and 2 and is one of the many titles of the time that tried to turn a popular trading card game into a video game. Except, it isn't the trading card game. This game is a brand new TCG that is exclusive to Digimon Digital Card Battle, so with that in mind. How does it fair?
