Ingredients:
1/2 a rotisserie chicken
1/2 of a Caesar salad kit from Costco or 1 regular bagged caesar salad kit
1/2 lb pasta, cooked, rinsed and drained

Directions:
Shred the rotisserie chicken and place into a large bowl. Discard skin and pick out any bones. Cook pasta according to package directions and drain. Rinse with cold water to cool down and add to the bowl.

Reserve dressing packets, croutons and parmesan cheese from the salad kit. Chop up the salad a bit more finely and add to the bowl. Pour over 1 dressing packet and sprinkle with provided cheese. Toss to mix everything together. Add more dressing if desired.

This makes 5 serving, 10 if you use the entire chicken, salad kit and full pound of pasta.
