Ingredients:
3 tinned sardines in tomato sauce or any tinned fish
1 tbsp oil
½ medium onion, chopped
1 stalk curry leaves
1 tsp chilli powder
1 tsp fish curry powder
Salt to taste, if needed
1 tsp lemon juice
5 pieces frozen paratha, cut into two equal halves ( to make 10 sardine puffs)
Milk for brushing pastry.
