We took pity on a mouldy Cavalier GL 1.8 and fitted it with a 2.0 SRi engine, which turned out to have a knackered bottom end. So we dragged a C20NE out from where it has been sat since 2014 and fitted the bottom half of it to the top half of the 20SEH, on the drive in the wind and rain. Was it worth the effort though?
