A quick demo of my submission for the Vapi build challenge.

I built a scheduler for a dental office. This agent schedules, cancels, and reschedules appointments using Vapi for the voice agent, n8n for the backend, and Google Calendar for the appointments. It also answers FAQs.

Not only did I do this for English speaking patients, but Spanish speaking patients too!

Fun facts:

I heard about this contest about 10 days ago
This is my first voice AI agent ever
This was my first time doing scheduling with n8n and Google Calendar
I don't speak Spanish

But I found a way to get it done and ship it.

Not going to lie, this is full of bugs and I spent most of my time fixing and debugging the build to get it to this point. The good news, though?

I have a ton of notes for how to make v.2 better. I know how I'll build this better next time.
