In this video, Clayton dishes out the seven roles that women may unknowingly un-knowingly be playing that both attract and sabotage love from going deeper with a man.

Archetype #1: The Ball Buster [00:01:46]

A. The Pro’s

The ball buster is the woman that is taking jabs at the guy.

B. How She Attracts Men

She may be sarcastic, has refined sense of humor or maybe just crass but funny. It’s her way of breaking through defenses. It’s her being authentic calling him on crap.

C. The Origin
This protective mechanism comes from childhood and some type of deep distrust towards men.

D. How It Sabotage Your Relationship

If you begin to disconnect from the respect that you have towards the guy and it starts becoming a control tactic, it can become something that is emasculating. It can become disabling.

E. How to Escape or Identify Yourself with the Role

Ball busters have a wanting to get even attitude, maybe even spitefulness.

Archetype #2: The Mother [00:03:56]

A. The Pro’s

The Mother is nurturing, loving and has a soft place to land. She's emotionally protective and intuitive.

B. How She Attracts Men

She provides a safe place for men to let down their guards and let that child part of themselves out, which they might not have any other territory in their life to be able to do.

C. The Origin

If you’re in this archetype, it’s typically because you’re afraid of losing control. You do not want to be dominated by the guy.

D. How It Sabotage Your Relationship

The relationship becomes emasculating for the guy because there's no room in this game for him to be a man if you are his mother.

E. How to Identify Yourself with the Role

If you're attracting men that act like children. Men that don't want to take responsibility for anything.


Archetype #3: The Femme Fatale [00:05:49]

A. The Pro’s

She embodies sexuality.

B. How She Attracts Men

She knows how to get men activate in a core physical level. She's seductive and knows how to meet a guy's primal needs as well as her own. She's a master at teasing and building desire.

C. The Origin

Sex is the only thing that she offers and has value.

D. How It Sabotage Your Relationship

When she is using sex as a weapon or a form of manipulation and control.

E. How to Escape the Role

The place to work here is to realize that sex is not your only value to a man.

Archetype #4: Chameleon [00:07:46]

A. The Pro’s

She's a master at becoming what she thinks the man wants.

B. How She Attracts Men

She makes a man feel like he is making an impact on her because she adopts his value system and it makes things very easy in the relationship.

C. The Origin

She believes that she herself, if she brings her real self to the relationship, it's gonna be too much for him.

D. How It Sabotage Your Relationship

If she goes too far, she loses herself in the relationship.

E. How to Identify with the Role

This typically comes from a home where she was rewarded or punished based on how she felt emotionally.

Archetype #5: The Damsel in Distress [00:10:14]

A. The Pro’s

She embodies vulnerability.

B. How She Attracts Men

She gives him purpose.

C. The Origin

There's typically a deep belief within the damsel that a man will save her and that she can't do it herself because she's not good enough.

D. How It Sabotage Your Relationship

She may begin to use this vulnerability to a place where it starts to rot.

E. How to Identify with the Role

She attracts the co-dependent rescuer, the nice guy, because he feels insecure.

Archetype #6: The Princess [00:12:09]

A. The Pro’s

She's picky and a challenge.

B. How She Attracts Men

She has high standards and a presence that says, “prove yourself to me.”

D. How It Sabotage Your Relationship

Her high standards can mutate into a sense of entitlement.

E. How to Escape or Identify Yourself with the Role

She attracts men that are looking to show off a woman, rather than connect with them.

Archetype #7: Businesswoman [00:13:19]

A. The Pro’s

On the surface excels in having boundaries.

B. How She Attracts Men

Clear communication about what's hers and what's his.

C. How It Sabotage Your Relationship

Boundaries become a tool to de-escalate intimacy emerging rather than promote connection and intimacy.

D. How to Escape or Identify Yourself with the Role

To escape this role she must begin to rely on her partner.
