TAB Performance BAM 4.5” v. 2024 CVO ST Screaming Eagle Titanium muffler sound comparison

This is a sound comparison between the TAB Performance 4.5” BAM stick and the Harley Davidson 2024 CVO ST OEM Screaming Eagle Titanium mufflers.

The 2024 CVO ST muffler has been modified by removing the restrictors from both mufflers. Also, the fiberglass packing has been removed from the Left muffler only.

The sound recording does not capture the sound profile perfectly.

Subjectively, the TAB are slightly louder, and “harsher” sounding.

The CVO ST mufflers are only slightly quieter, but sound smoother. (This may be why we seem to hear a “clicking” noise - which is not noticeable in real life.)

Both mufflers sound rich, deep and “throaty”

In the future I may consider removing the fiberglass pack from the Right CVO ST muffler are well to increase the sound output.
