First part of the intro is in Em (relative minor of G major) which only has one sharp (F#).
When the arpeggios start, it turns to Am (relative minor of C major) so it is all natural notes and no sharp and this is why the chords of the arpeggios are Am, F, D and C. Notice that it is the F chord here and not F#.
