✅ What You'll Do:
Work with structural steel to fabricate, repair, and rebuild industrial lifting equipment.
Read and interpret blueprints, weld symbols, and subcomponent drawings.
Weld in multiple positions, including flat, vertical, and overhead.
Operate overhead cranes to safely move and position large components.
Collaborate with the team on tasks like prepping materials and loading/unloading shipments.

A high school diploma or GED (trade school or military experience is a plus).
