This video is a guide to the major planetary aspects in astrology, and how they can help you understand yourself and your own life more deeply. It's aimed at beginners, but even seasoned astrologers can find something here!

What is it?
A planet is in aspect when it makes a connection with another planet, either by being directly across from each other in the sky or by being connected through various angles that allows energy to flow in between. There are five major types of aspects:

1. Conjunction
2. Sextile
3. Square
4. Trine
5. Opposition

I'll be talking through the basics of what the different aspects are, what they mean and how to best work with the flow of energy they bring to the table.

How does it work?
Planetary aspects have a direct impact on your life, from the way they show up in your birth chart to the interactions they go through in your everyday life.

Why should you care?
It's basically a study of relationships between planets, which can help you understand how your life is unfolding and what's coming up for you.
