딸기 고추장 국수 ｜ Ddalgi Gochujang Guksu(Strawberry Gochujang Noodles)｜ Serves 1

[Ingredients]

Strawberries 1 ½ cups(200g)
Somyeon(Korean thin noodles) 100g
Herbs for garnish(chervil, mint, etc.)

Gochujang(Korean chili pepper paste) 1 ½ tablespoons
Maesil-cheong(Korean green plum syrup/extract)  2 tablespoons
Lemon juice 1 ½ tablespoons
Agave syrup to taste(1 tablespoon)
Optional: Gochugaru(Korean chili pepper powder) 1 teaspoon

🍜 Substitute Somyeon(Korean thin noodles) with Somen(Japanese thin noodles) or Capellini(Angel hair pasta)
🍑 Substitute Maesil-cheong(Korean green plum syrup/extract) with 2 teaspoons agave syrup and 1 teaspoon vinegar.
