On January 17, 2023, RRI launched its next five-year Strategic Plan and presented key findings of the Blue Skies Thinking process, a remarkable coalition-wide listening exercise carried out in 2022. We were honored to co-host this dialogue in collaboration with our long-time supporter, the Embassy of Sweden.

The half-day hybrid discussion brought together people from diverse backgrounds, including a panel of Indigenous, Afro-descendant, and local community rightsholders, multilateral institutions, conservation organizations, the private sector, donors and NGOs. It presented a unique opportunity to listen to innovative ideas for strengthening and building new partnerships to shape rights-based conservation and development in 2023 and beyond.
