Virtual trail run - Føynland island, Norway - Sunshine - Summer bliss - Morning - Treadmill scenery

This time the route goes around Føynland island which is located between Nøtterøy island and Husøy island. Nøtterøy is a fairly large island while Føynland and Husøy are not, but beautiful none the less. Føynland currently has a population of 1400 residents and the area is 2.1 sq.km. (0.81 sq. miles), for those interested. The beach area I run through here (00:23:32) is called Fjærholmen (roughly "The Feather Islet") beach and is quite popular during summer. Just not this early in the morning.
