• १/२ कप मुगडाळ
• १ कांद्याच्या पातीची जुडी
• २ चमचे तेल
• १ चमचा मोहरी
• १ चमचा जिरं
• चिमूटभर हिंग
• बारीक चिरलेली लसूण
• चवीनुसार मीठ

Today’s recipe is kandapat bhaji. This is a very easy and simple recipe. Winter is the season of fresh veggies. So, here I am with a tasty bhaji recipe for you. This bhaji looks nice and tastes yummy. This recipe doesn’t need lot many ingredients. You can make it from very few ingredients those are readily available on any basic kitchen. Ingredients:
• 1/4 cup Moong dal
• 1 bunch Kandyachi paat / Spring onion
• 2 tsp Oil
• 1 tsp Mustard seeds
• 1 tsp Cumin seeds
• 1 pinch of Hing
• Finely chopped Garlic
• Salt to taste

Method:
• Wash moong dal really good 3-4 times and soak it in enough water for about 30 minutes.
• Wash the spring onion really good and chop it finely.
• Heat up oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
• When mustard seeds pop up add cumin seeds, hing, garlic and fry well until garlic gets golden
color.

• Add the chopped kandyachi paat, soaked moong dal and mix well.
• Fry it well together until bhaji is cooked and add salt.
• Mix well and cook for another 2 minutes. Kandyachya patichi bhaji is ready.
• You can add red chili powder or green chili if you want.
• Serve it with bhakari. It goes well with chapati and with rice as side dish too.
