You'll know how to hold chopsticks in this video.
It may slightly differ from country to country, and the one I'll show you here is a Japanese way.

The obento(lunch box) I'll show in the video is one of "Ekiben"
Eki is 駅, meaning "station," and ben is 弁, meaning "lunch."

In Japan, big train stations usually sell ekiben, lunchboxes that differ depending the area they're located.
What I'll have in the video is "小さな信濃路."
小さな is "chiisana," maning "small," 信濃 is shinano, meaning "Nagano(place name)," and 路, ji means "way, road."
I bought this ekiben at Matsumoto Station, which is in Nagano Prefecture.

When you travel around Japan on a railroad, trying ekiben here and there might be fun!
