This ten minute yoga video focuses on the neck, shoulders and arms to help relieve tightness and tension. This can be done right from bed, either first thing in the morning or right before you go to sleep. Or, it can be a warm up before yoga or the gym and can be done on a yoga mat. As always, listen to your body and honor how you feel. We'll begin seated and do a short centering. Then, we'll do some side body opening, gentle stretching for the neck and shoulder area and then stretch the arms. You should finish the video feeling de-stressed and loose. Hope you enjoy!
