hello! in this video i create 6 new bullet journal spreads + update my reading journal trackers with the books i read in january. i work through reading, monthly + weekly spreads, & experiment with a new february layout. for me, "journaling" is a form of self-expression, on paper. its a creative form of therapy for me. using handwriting, stamps, drawings, stickers, washi tape, paper scraps, etc. helps me capture feelings, even if i dont specifically write down all the emotions in every journal i use. this hobby reminds me to slow down and create something. i have 2 other diary-type journals that i use to write down extensive thoughts.. those are private/off camera.

journaling can be anything you need it to be, as long as you feel happy doing it. start with a pen and paper and just write down how you feel. draw, paint, use stamps, stickers, or paper scraps.. all these things can help our mental health a lot and i hope this video gives you some creative inspiration. grab a cup of something warm & enjoy ♡ xo
