Описание к видео Bob Stewart reflects on his time serving the UN in Bosnia

"Why the hell am I doing this when so many people are actually sitting around at home" Bob Stewart certainly has more than an average tale to tell. First serving in Northern Ireland, Mr Stewart was knocked out in the 1970 riot and was incident commander for the 1982 Ballykelly bomb. Death was something I could cope with Bob explains after describing craddeling a dieing 18 year old girl. This proved to be a strength in his character as in Bosnia Mr Stewart would encounter large scale atrocities. Bob describes his greatest achievement in 1978 where he wrote a detailed account of Londonderry's IRA cell structure a document now lost in the annuals of secrecy.
