Ingredients:
Neem Powder: 1/2 Tsp
Ginger: 1 Piece
Lemon Juice: 1 Tsp
Method:
1. Today lets check out how to make Neem ginger tea. Very easy to make with a very few ingredients so lets quickly check out the ingredients and get started.
2. Heat a sauce pan and to this add 2 cups of water. Keep the flame in medium throughout the process.
3. When the water comes to a boil, add 1/2 tsp of neem powder. Let this boil for 2 minutes in medium flame. Neem helps to treat fever and cold, treats diabetics, treats your gum and bloody nose, cures liver problems, treats heart problems and kills intestinal worms. So a tea made with this neem is definitely a healthy substitute for our regular one.
4. After 2 minutes the water is nicely boiling. To this add 1 piece of ginger. Let this again boil for 2 minutes. Ginger is again a very healthy ingredient. It is loaded with antioxidants, Fights agianst chronics diseases, reduced high blood pressure and good for your heart. The essence of the ingredients are nicely getting extracted.
5. We are not going to add any sweetening ingredient in this tea today. If you want, you can add 1/2 tsp of palm sugar candy, but this neem ginger tea is going to taste good even without any sweetening ingredient.
6. Its been 2 mins now and the flavors of the ginger and the neem has come together very well. Then off the flame and finally add 1 tsp of lemon juice and let this rest for 10 seconds.
7. After 10 seconds, strain the neem ginger tea and serve it nice and hot. You can drink this in empty stomach in the morning for best results. Very easy to make and a very healthy drink.
