Sagoo
Ingredients
1 Cup Sagoo (Perles de tapioca)
1L Water
1 TBSP Mung Bean (Zembérique) (roasted, grind, wash, drain then boil)
1 TBSP Ghee
1- 2 TBSP Raisin
1- 2 TBSP Pistachio or Almond (chopped)
1 or 1/2 Cup Sugar (add 1/2 cup of sugar, mix then adjust sugar as per taste)
1/4 TSP Cardamom Powder & 1/4 TSP Ginger Powder
Cardamon & Ginger powder is a must for this recipe.


Takkar
Ingredients
300 g Tamarind paste
700 ml Water
2 -3 TBSP Oil
2 TSP Anis Seeds
2 TSP Cumin Seeds
2 TSP Dry Chillies
2 -3 Cups of Brown Sugar (Depending on the sweetness)
1 Cup Pineapple (finely sliced or grated)
1/2 Cup Apple (finely sliced or grated)
