How I converted a 1995 Dodge Caravan into a Camper Van

This summer I purchased a 1995 Dodge Caravan and converted it into a camper van. In this video I provide a pictoral representation of how I did it. Here are some important notes:

- My total cost of getting into "VanLife" (or "MiniVanLife" in my case) was $4050: $1800 for the van, $1500 for general maintenance, and $750 for the actual build.

- I took the most inexpensive and minimalist route to get into MiniVanLife. My van is by no means a good representation of some of the impressive vans you'll see in #VanLife and on the VanDwellers Reddit sub.

- Living in a minivan is not for everyone, and even I am splitting some time between living in my minivan and staying in cheap hotels when I need a more stable environment for a couple days.

- If you plan to buy a van and convert it into a camper van, I recommend you check numerous examples and figure out your best practices. I recommend nobody build a van exactly as I did, because my van build might only be suitable for my needs and there are things I did that were inefficient or less than optimal.
